Busy Summer for Our Judo Team

Our Llandovery College Judoka had a busy weekend ahead of the start of term, proudly representing the College at the Nijmegen Training Camp in The Netherlands.

This high-level international training camp provided an excellent opportunity for our athletes to develop their technical skills, build resilience, and refine their competitive edge — all key aspects of our growing elite Judo programme here at the College.

The camp marks another step forward in the continued progress and development of Judo at Llandovery, which has quickly become a keystone in the diversity of our co-curricular programme. Combining discipline, focus, and physical excellence, Judo not only complements our wider sporting ethos but also offers students a unique path to personal and athletic achievement.
