Shwmae Sumae Day at Llandovery College

Today, 15th October, we’re proudly celebrating Shwmae Sumae Day – a special day that encourages everyone to start every conversation with “Shwmae”, “Su’mae” or “Shwdi!”  The aim of the day is to remind us that the Welsh language belongs to us all – whether you’re a fluent speaker, a learner, or someone who’s just finding their confidence with Welsh. Shwmae i chi gyd! Let’s keep using our Welsh and celebrating the language that connects us all.
